\ We will continue to focus on development of optimum manufacturing practices for all compound semiconductor (CS) device technologies. We seek papers related to the practical “nuts and bolts” of CS device production, including design, materials growth, fabrication, and test. We welcome submissions from practitioners in all CS technologies, including RF MMICs, optoelectronics/LEDs,
MEMs, etc. Student papers are particularly encouraged.
